Spring 2014 Trends: FRINGE

The second spring trend I want to discuss is the Fringe trend!  I love fringe worn fancy (I call it "fancy fringe") on dresses, skirts and bags.  I like it worn boho with cut off denim and ankle boots and a big hat.  I even love it on swim suits and cover up's.  Now that the trend is so hot this season, you can find it on shoes, earrings, necklaces and bags.  Yesterday after work, I decided to do a little shopping!  Work hard, play harder right? I paired this fringe Tibi top with this McQ neon skirt (above).   To double up on trends I added the fuchsia YSL Tribute sandals.  Tribute's are always a good idea...especially in this season's hottest color...Pink!  The top, I am absolutely obsessed with and it can be worn with jeans, leather pants, slouchy trousers and more.  What do you all think about this look and the fringe trend?

    1. Thank you so much!! Thanks for reading xo

  2. I love your outfit, oh mygosh I am soooo glad fringe is in. Love your HG FB page, and thank you for always including the outfits and where to get them. What about a Haute Gumbo magazine..
I want pink with fringe. Fringe is very "Charleston" (your to young to know Charleston). If memory
is correct your Mom performed Charleston in a beauty pageant at Tioga HS. as part of her talent
I thought her dress was black with fringe, but again if it wasn't your mom maybe I am thinking of someone else. Fringe is soooo kinda 50ish, and very tribunal/Indian, love the history behind fashion
